Large room, large pillows, comfortable.
$28 per day (plus 12% tax) for parking!

The $28 per day for parking is totally unreasonable.

I like the quiet location and boutique feel.
The bathrooms are a little outdated and the lighting is bad.

Location good, cosmetically nice. However, I asked several times ahead of time if I could get a ride to Universal Studios. They advertise rides within a 3 mile area. I called ahead of time & they replied no problem. But, when we asked for the ride, twice they said they couldn't & the ride wasn't guaranteed. We would have purchased a rental car..... ...read more

The location was close to the concert we were attending.
Was not told about the road construction & detours. Also the $28 parking per vehicle.

The front desk staff and valet staff were very helpful and the free internet with use of a computer.
Housekeeping did a horrible job. Dirty floors, unvacumed rugs and water glasses not cleaned or changed.

The front desk staff and valet parking staff were extremely helpful. The room was nice. Housekeeping did not clean the room very well. The same dead bug was on the floor for 5 days, so the floors were not swept. The rug was not vacuumed. The water glasses were not cleaned or changed. There was not an extra toilet roll left. The room itself was nicely decorated but the toilet was definitely really a low flow one. Very difficult to flush. There was lots of hot water for showers. The mini bar fridge was larger so we could fit our water, pop and snacks also in the fridge. The quaint little bar was nice, especially to relax after a long day. We especially appreciated the business center. We do not have a lap top so it was nice to stay in a hotel with free use of a computer and internet. There was a rooftop hot tub but we did not have time to use it. There is a sign stating $28.00 for valet parking each night but you can park around the corner for free. Safe neighborhood. ...read more

Somewhat friendly staff, close to airport, nice room.
No concierge service although listed in hotel guest service book.

Nice non chain hotel, small and intimate. Very expensive restaurant, no complimentary breakfast, very expensive valet parking only, no concierge services. Asked the front desk for travel services and other services and was told they did not offer concierge services. Shuttle services limited to availability. Had to use taxi services on two occasions. ...read more
